We are thrilled to announce the incredible opportunity for our students to participate in the Montessori Model United Nations (MMUN) Conference in New York next year (March 2025).
The MMUN conference is an international educational simulation experience where youngsters from all over the world learn about the UN and its role as the world’s largest international peacekeeping and humanitarian organisation. This trip is not just a journey to one of the world's most important institutions but also a chance for our students to engage with global issues, learn about international diplomacy, and gain invaluable real world and educational experiences.

Why This Trip Matters
The United Nations plays a crucial role in addressing global challenges, from peace and security to human rights and sustainable development. In the early 1900’s, Dr Maria Montessori supported the work of the League of Nations and its successor, the United Nations, as a forum where peace could be fostered. She recognised that hope for peace lay in the education of children. By visiting the UN, our students will:
- Experience Diplomacy First Hand.
- Engage with global leaders and understand how international policies are crafted.
- Learn About Global Issues: Participate in workshops and discussions on pressing global issues.
- Foster Global Citizenship: Gain a deeper appreciation for diverse cultures and international cooperation.
Our Goal
To make this trip possible, we are engaging with our community to raise $100K.
This amount will cover travel, accommodation, and entrance fees for multiple students. Your generous donations will help ensure that every student can participate without financial barriers.
